Studio Stilo is a Los Angeles-based interior design practice led by principal Theodora Esparza, specializing in full-home renovations and new builds across the country.

Our work begins with the architecture. The proportions, history, and character of each residence inform our approach, creating spaces that feel warm, inviting, and deeply personal. We seek a balance between comfort and elegance, where contemporary and classic elements come together naturally, responding not just to the architecture but to those who call it home.

Guided by a philosophy of slow design, we bring together rare vintage furniture, commissioned works by artists and makers, and natural materials chosen for their beauty and the way they age. Thoughtfully layered, these elements create interiors that feel collected over time.

Taking on a limited number of projects each year, Studio Stilo guides each residence from initial concept through final installation.

Theodora holds an MFA in Interior Architecture from Virginia Commonwealth University. Before founding Studio Stilo, she worked at leading Los Angeles design firms, including serving as Design Director at West Haddon Hall, whose work has been featured in Architectural Digest.
