Renovations and new builds can feel overwhelming—full of decisions, timelines, and design fatigue. We’re here to guide you through it all. From the very beginning, we collaborate with your architect and contractor to align planning and construction with the design vision. Our approach is holistic, addressing both big-picture flow—like reconfiguring layouts, improving circulation, or adding new spaces—and fine details, down to where drapery will be mounted. We consider every element: baseboard and door profiles, casings, wall treatments, flooring, lighting, hardware, cabinetry, countertops, and beyond. Beyond design, we provide hands-on project management to ensure contractors and subcontractors have the clear direction needed to bring the vision to life. In tandem, we curate furnishings, rugs, window treatments, and décor, so that the finished home feels like one story unfolding room by room.

FURNISHINGS + COSMETIC UPDATES

Some projects focus solely on furnishings, where we curate elements such as paint colors, wall coverings, furniture, decorative lighting, and accessories—without involving structural changes. Once your design plan is approved, we handle every detail from start to finish. From sourcing and ordering to coordinating with trusted vendors and trades, through installation and final styling, we ensure a seamless process and a beautifully finished space.

  • At the very beginning. Even if you are considering purchasing a home, we can do a walk through with you to provide design insight and opportunities. If you have already selected or own the property, we can assist in recommending contractors, architects and subs and aligned with your values and design vision.

  • We specialize in full service renovations or new builds. While we do not have a minumum square footage, we do look for the value we bring to be a small percentage of the overall project.

  • A full service design project has 3 types of fees, relative to the type of work.

    Design - the design work is a flat fee based on the size, scope and timeline of the project

    Project Management - This is an hourly fee. We bill as we are needed on the jobsite during construction. We do provide an estimate range on what to expect.

    Procurement Fee - this is percentage added onto all the products we purchase to cover the time of ordering, tracking and delivering of products. We coordinate with the contractor, subs and furniture warehousing to make sure everything arrives on time. The delivery timing of products is critical to keeping a construction site moving and on schedule.

    Once you submit an inquiry form on the contact section of our website, we will reach out to learn more about your project needs which will allow us to provide a more accurate budget estimate tailored to your needs.

  • Once we have an understanding of the scope of your project, we help with building a project timeline in conjunction with your contractor and architect. We build out time for designing, permitting, construction and furniture fabrication/curation. Our timelines also include milestone for each phase so you know what to expect along the way.

  • Absolutely. We take on projects nationwide, across a variety of scales and architectural styles. Our streamlined project management and detailed construction documentation allow us to collaborate seamlessly with homeowners coast to coast, bringing your vision to life no matter where you are.

One-on-One Workshops

WHAT IS A ONE-ON-ONE WORKSHOP?

Our One-on-One Workshop offers 1.5-hour video consultations, connecting Studio Stilo with clients anywhere, anytime. This service gives a homeowner access to a professional without a large financial commitment. We can help tackle design decisions and provide guidance at any stage of the renovation process. Bring your questions, and we’ll help you find solutions that are both practical and beautiful, giving you the confidence to move forward with your project.

  • Floor plan layout

  • Stores and brands to consider

  • Styling (surfaces, sofas, beds, walls etc.)
