At the very beginning. Even if you are considering purchasing a home, we can do a walk through with you to provide design insight and opportunities. If you have already selected or own the property, we can assist in recommending contractors, architects and subs and aligned with your values and design vision.

We specialize in full service renovations or new builds. While we do not have a minumum square footage, we do look for the value we bring to be a small percentage of the overall project.

A full service design project has 3 types of fees, relative to the type of work.
Design - the design work is a flat fee based on the size, scope and timeline of the project
Project Management - This is an hourly fee. We bill as we are needed on the jobsite during construction. We do provide an estimate range on what to expect.
Procurement Fee - this is percentage added onto all the products we purchase to cover the time of ordering, tracking and delivering of products. We coordinate with the contractor, subs and furniture warehousing to make sure everything arrives on time. The delivery timing of products is critical to keeping a construction site moving and on schedule.

Once we have an understanding of the scope of your project, we help with building a project timeline in conjunction with your contractor and architect. We build out time for designing, permitting, construction and furniture fabrication/curation. Our timelines also include milestone for each phase so you know what to expect along the way.
